The Nature of the Ritual

To ensure that every client receives a collection that is pristine and untouched, The 12/30 Essential Set is considered Final Sale once the exterior hygiene seal has been breached. Due to the intimate nature of our professional tools and our uncompromising hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any set where the packaging has been opened.

Return Window

If the hygiene seal remains intact and the collection is in its original, unopened packaging, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our concierge at info@twelve-thirty.co. Items sent back to our studio without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Quality Precision

Please inspect your order upon reception. Each Twelve-Thirty tool undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before departing our hub; however, should you encounter a manufacturing defect—such as structural instability or abnormal fiber shedding—contact us immediately at info@twelve-thirty.co. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is made right with the personal attention your collection deserves.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our brushes are classified as Personal Care Goods, they are non-returnable once the hygiene seal is broken. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, for orders shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with the hygiene seal intact, and in its original luxury packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the integrity of your returned set, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, N K Beauty Ltd. will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
